The Shelby 5226FDP Pigskin Structural Fire Gloves are the most durable gloves made for structural firefighters. Constructed from heavy-weight brushed pigskin palms and with a koala tanned cowhide back that is fire retardant, heat resistant and cut/abrasion resistant. Featuring a non-cracking, one-piece liner/barrier system made from Gore RT7100 fabric that is permanently sewn to the glove shell and eliminates lining pullout after repeated uses. Additionally, the patent pending Shelby Glove Finger Attachment System relays the absolute best fingertip tactility by utilizing a unique adjacent layering technique without the customary attachment technology that typically impairs fingertip touch, feel and mobility. Shelby gauntlet style wrists extend 2" above wrist creases. All seams are sealed with a DuPont silicone sealant. These gloves are NFPA compliant and SEI certified.
