Initiate Authorization

Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all returns.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our designated returns center using a traceable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for compliance, a refund or credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
